What You'll be doing:

In this role, you’ll work directly with drivers who have already expressed interest in driving opportunities. Your job will be to get to know their experience and qualifications, help match them with the right carrier opportunities, and support them every step of the way through the application and hiring process.

You are not cold calling. You’ll be speaking with drivers who have already applied or reached out because they’re interested in learning more about available opportunities.

Schedule and Flexibility. Work from anywhere. Set your own schedule. This is a 1099 position. Paid per driver hired. Must be willing and able to call an ample amount of driver applicants per day. Required to get 1 hire per month in order to remain active.
